In the Cedrus Residence, every technological aspect is studied in detail. It is a cutting-edge, but also intuitive, system. The lighting design properly emphasizes every part of the complex, where the use of lighting with the latest generation LEDs display our dedication to energy saving.
Inside the garage, with parking spaces located immediately below the respective blocks, there is a recharging system for electric cars.
Home automation system
The electrical system of the residential complex is designed on a home automation system, both in the common areas as well as in the private ones.
Each apartment has a dedicated system that can be implemented depending on individual needs. The common areas are also set up to offer a high standard of comfort and energy saving.
The technologies available can be managed remotely through the home automation system.
Energy production and thermal comfort
The Cedrus Residence is based on an environmentally sustainable energy system: a heat pump with a geothermal device.
Heating coils
Heat is distributed uniformly with low temperature coils, which can be managed through special temperature controllers, installed in each room, for the optimization of energy consumption.
Floor cooling
The geothermal device, along with the system detecting the dew point, is in operation even during the hottest months: this ensures a low temperature of the water in the coils, thereby guaranteeing thermal comfort for the entire year.
