The entire Cedrus experience resort inspired: every space in the 500 sqm Wellness area has been dimensioned to pamper the owners several seating areas are available to feel the comfort and the quietness of the spots. Nevertheless, we always keep an eye on the owner’s privacy, both from the outside and from the rest of the compound. The two distinct terraces, which measure more than 300 sqm each, are both livable as separate areas. While the lounge terrace has designated spaces for lounging and dining (and its own grill space), the pool terrace with its 15 meters long glass wall and the sunbed area has an uniterrupted view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The different external common areas, facing the surrounding landscape and oriented toward the southern side of Lake Maggiore, are presented as individual green terraces that interact with the natural environment.
